On Thursday, October 2, 2025, friends, supporters, and community members gathered for Anchor of Hope Health Center’s 11th Annual Fundraising Gala—an inspiring evening centered on the theme “Legacy of Life.”
Rooted in Psalm 22:30-31, the evening reminded us that the choices we make today can shape generations to come:
“Posterity shall serve him; it shall be told of the Lord to the coming generation; they shall come and proclaim his righteousness to a people yet unborn, that he has done it.”
The theme of the evening reflected the heart of Anchor of Hope’s mission: creating a legacy of hope, healing, and support for women, men, and families in our community.
We were honored to welcome Bishop Donald J. Hying, the Fifth Bishop of Madison, as our keynote speaker.
With decades of pastoral leadership and a deep commitment to serving families and protecting human life, Bishop Hying shared a powerful message about the importance of courage, compassion, and the lasting impact of the choices we make.
From his missionary service in the Dominican Republic to his leadership within the Catholic Church and his service on the U.S. Bishops’ Committee on Pro-Life Activities, Bishop Hying has dedicated his ministry to walking alongside people and proclaiming the dignity and value of every human life.
His message encouraged everyone in attendance to consider the legacy they are helping create—not only for today, but for generations yet unborn.
The evening was more than a celebration. It was a reminder that every life has a story, and every act of support can become part of that story.
Through the generosity of our donors, Anchor of Hope continues to provide compassionate, professional care and practical support to individuals and families facing unexpected pregnancies and other important life decisions.
Every pregnancy test.
Every ultrasound.
Every conversation.
Every resource provided.
Every person reminded that they are not alone.
Together, these moments create a legacy.
